We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven and performance-driven Clinical Trainer, Aesthetics to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Training, Aesthetics the Clinical Trainer, Aesthetics will work with autonomy from their home-based office and travel extensively* to train customers on how to use the Venus Aesthetic Intelligence family of products safely and effectively. What you will do:


Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training according to Venus’ approved protocols to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Aesthetic Intelligence systems in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.

Manage and strategically prioritize accounts, scheduling, and other clinical training requests effectively.

Utilize company CRM to manage account documentation, communication, training details (such as dates and summary), and certifications in a timely manner post training/account interaction.

Educate existing and prospective customers on all Venus products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and on-site, virtual or web-based trainings.

Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team (i.e. ASM, TM, BDM and other Clinical Trainers), as well as the Director of Training and Professional Education and other internal and external partners.

Represent Venus by attending trade shows, conferences, and customer or industry related events to build network and market services.

Assist in managing the clinical support email box and coverage, provide guidance and feedback to clinical team responses and communications.

Manage expense reporting, travel, time off requests and Company required documentation in a timely manner.

Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event (in person or virtually).

Stay abreast of industry and new technologies.

Stay current on company products instructions for use, best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.

Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.

Communicate any challenges and or issues to Manager, Clinical Training, Aesthetics.

Other duties and projects as assigned.



What you will need:


Academic education shall include RN, LPN, RPN or Aesthetic license.

Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage.

Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally.

Strong time management skills.

Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/Salesforce).

Must have a valid driver’s license and a valid passport.

Must have ability to showcase how to perform a treatment and assist others in performing 30-60 minute treatments throughout the course of 6-8 hour training sessions. Standing and continuous motion of both arms is required.

Availability and flexibility to work when required, including evenings and weekends.

The ability to travel is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% (at times more) overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice.

Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory.

*Travel primarily within North America. Some international travel as required.
