Dr. Stevens’ relationship with Venus Concept began years ago when he saw the first studies on the Venus Viva technology. “Venus Viva is unique in its nano fractional technology,” Dr. Stevens says, “and we use radio frequency that is delivered by 160 pins through the skin. Additionally, we, the physician, control the energy and precisely deliver the radio frequency to the fibroblasts, stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin.”
Dr. Stevens also notes that Venus Viva is extremely versatile and actually adds a complementary treatment to the various laser services they offer. “We have lasers that minimize hair and brown spots or for laser vein removal and so forth. It’s a wonderful treatment for the Type II cellulite, which appears wavy rather than pitted. It tightens and lifts the skin and helps the skin tone, as well. After five monthly treatments, we’re seeing a real smoothing of the patient’s legs. We love it.”
