Operations & Logistics Coordinator - Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

Title: Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager LatAm

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Operations Manager LatAm, the Operations Analyst will be home based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

What you will do:

• Coordinate shipments of devices, consumables, parts, and other materials requested.
• Coordinate collections of goods at the national level of returned goods.
• Keep the supporting documentation up to date in the CRM system.
• Classify and store goods on the shelf.
• Prepare inventory for shipping and distribution.
• Delivery of parts to technical service personnel.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of parts provided to the technical service.
• Management of documents in the ERP.
• Assist the Operations Manager in office support tasks as required.

• Relevant experience in similar positions
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive person, with analytical skills, decisive, disciplined and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• User in office tools (MS Office, e-mail, Sales Force.)
